An easy way to get started
If you interested in become a coach, or in learning about coaching, you might like to take our level one courses. They are free and you could complete both of them in an afternoon or evening.
Our Introducing Coaching course would give you a basic understanding of how coaching works.
You’d find that you can give people little doses coaching during the run of everyday life simply by applying two core skills.
Our Start Coaching course would give you an opportunity to practice the two core skills.
You would team up with two other people — friends, co-workers, or people you connect with through our platform.

Our founder, Mark Davidson, is a highly experienced coach.
He has worked with countless individuals, with companies such as Pfizer, Porsche and the China Construction Bank, and with business schools such as INSEAD, Harvard and MIT.
He has also spent over a decade developing a next-generation understanding of the coaching process.
