The Courses
We offer two Level 3 courses.
Advanced Coaching
Free till April 2026
Learn twelve new coaching tools and gain the deep understanding of coaching that you’ll need to work as a professional coach.
Advanced Skills
Free till April 2026
Build your abilities with skill-building games and reciprocal coaching till you’re able to provide coaching at a professional level.
Build a new career
Find work through our platform
Once you’ve completed the Advanced Skills course, you’ll be eligible to provide pro bono coaching through our platform. You’ll get help in this early stage of your career through our forums and through 1-to-1 support from the highly experienced coaches on our team.
When we are confident that you are consistently meeting coachees’ needs, you will also become able to offer paid coaching through our platform.
Gain your certification
After you have built up some experience, you’ll be ready to take our Level 3 Coach Assessment.
Upload evidence of three full coaching sessions, along with a list of the tools you used during the sessions, your thoughts on the use of each tool, and your thoughts on how the coachee benefited from your use of the tools.
Your certification will help you attract coaching clients on our platform and elsewhere.
